| Roy E. Payne, 87 of Raleigh, went home to his Savior on March 7, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Adelaide, son R. Alan and Dawn (Herman) Payne, daughter Janice Hough, grandchildren Jason and Heather Payne. Visitation and service at 12:30 pm Wednesday at Friendship Baptist Church, Raleigh.
