Rexwell Franklin Adams

ANGIER- Rexwell Franklin Adams, 91, passed away on Wednesday at the same home he was born in surrounded by his loving family. A native of Harnett County, he was the son of the late Everett and Nellie Young Adams. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Angier Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. Surviving are his daughters, Susan Keenan and husband, Ed of Angier, Jane Dupree of Lillington, Jill Lupton of Angier; son, Scott Adams and wife, Luanne of Cary; sisters, Nancy Hart of Angier, Jackie Smith of Angier; seventeen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Rexwell is preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Adams, son, Rexwell Franklin Adams, Jr. and wife, Sherrie Adams. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier and at other times at the home.
