Raleigh - Thomas A. Hicks died Sunday.A Native of Johnston county he was the son of the late William Thomas and Lois Walker Hicks.Mr. Hicks worked with Elster Electricity for 38 years.He is survived by his wife of 44 years Teresa Jones Hicks; son, Gary Wayne Hicks and wife, Jennifer of Zebulon; daughter, Sharon Hicks Jones and husband, Dink of Knightdale; sister Betty Watkins and husband, Harley of Burlington; grandchildren, Michael and Jordan Jones, and Taylor and Emily Hicks, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12:00 PM at Maskil Fellowship with their pastor Dr. Freddie Powell officiating, 2227 Milburnie Road, Raleigh 27610.Burial Raleigh Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm on Wednesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh
