She traveled to London to find work at the age of 18 and eventually, in 1955 she traveled to Manhattan, where she met and married the love of her life, Edward Brady from the Bronx. Ed preceded her in death in 2015. Agnes dedicated herself to her family and to her faith. She loved life and was rarely seen without a smile. She will be missed by many. She leaves behind her son, Eamonn and daughter in law Krista; daughter, Aggie and son in law Colm; grandchildren, Ciara, Molly, Aidan and Conor; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Kinsley and Bennett. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in the St. Mary of the Angels Chapel of Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 11401 Leesville Road, Raleigh, NC 27613. We want to thank the amazing people at Transitions Lifecare for the great services and for taking such good care of Agnes and Ed. You have been such a blessing.
