Alice Rebecca Young Rouse

Raleigh – Alice Rebecca Young Rouse, 88, passed away Friday morning. In 1944, Alice graduated from Cary High School and later retired as an Auditor with the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Rouse; parents, Carl and Alma Young; grandson, Daniel Alan Rouse; brother, James Young and sister-in-law, Margaret Young. She is survived by sons, Gerald, Daniel (Bobbie), Darrell (Julia) and Johnny; daughter, Betty R. Perry (Mike); grandchildren, Michael Rouse (Julia), Kelby Rouse, Anna Rouse Robinson (Wayne), Amy Jon (Jason), Rebecca Rouse, Scott Perry (Angela) and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church. Family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
