Andrea Gaunt Mccormick

Andrea (Ann) Gaunt McCormick, 73, passed away unexpectedly but surrounded by family on Monday October 9th.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Louise Barentine Gaunt.

She is survived by her father Charles Gaunt, brother Rick and Eddie and husband of 31 years, Dan.

She was a mother to Tom Webb and his wife Becky, and known as “Mimi” to her beloved grandson, Ryan.

Ann was the definition of a social butterfly, she never met a person she could not connect with. She was still working full time and loved her coworkers as family. She could start a conversation with any stranger and turn that into a long lasting relationship. She has hundreds of friends that span from childhood to coworkers, she is still closely connected with.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, October 12, at Highland Baptist Church located at 8524 Crowder Rd. Raleigh, NC. The visitation will be held from 1pm-1:45pm prior to the service.
