Anita Ruth Mabry

DECEMBER 16, 1931 - SEPTEMBER 9, 2012 ANGIER - Anita Ruth Mabry, 80, passed away on Sunday. A native of Lee County she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Catherine Smith Shaw of Fayetteville. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Burial to follow at the Mabry Family Cemetery. Surviving are her daughter Marie Mabry Schelkle of Angier, son, Gordon Chris Mabry and wife Frances of Angier, sisters, MaryAnn Johnson and husband, DeWitt and Lela Peterson all of Fayetteville, sister-in-law, Louise Smith of Wade, grandchildren, Jamie Mabry of Wilmington, Kristin Raby of Clayton and Blakley Beitzel of Fuquay-Varina and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Bill Smith. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.
