Anna Jo Edwards

Anna Jo Edwards, 79, of 1406 Beichler Rd, died Sunday surrounded by her loving family. Born in Florence Co. SC, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Pennywell Bazen and Nora Catherine Lyerly. She was preceded by her husband ,Derieux Edwards and daughter Debra Edwards. Funeral Service will be Tuesday 3:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Garner with burial at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. Surviving son; Mitchell Edwards and wife, Charlotte; daughters, Kathy Hobbs and husband, Terry; Michelle Brechtel and husband, Rodney: grandchildren, Carmen Weaver and husband, Steven, Jessica Smith and husband, Jimmy; Chad Brechtel and wife, Lisa. The family will receive visitors prior to the service from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at the church. Anna Jo was known and loved by many, she was a sweet, kind and gracious lady. Her greatest joy was her children and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving and devoted mother, wife and friend, who will be greatly missed. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Heartland Hospice and Michelle Penny and Sarah Creel. Flowers are appreciated or memorials can be made to Heartland Hospice or the SPCA.
