Anne Bryan

GARNER- Anne Bryan died Tuesday, December 13th at her home in Garner. She was born in Wake County on December 1, 1921 to the late Paul Lee Bryan and Bettie Buffaloe Bryan. She grew up in the home where she was born and lived there all her life. Anne retired from the N.C. Department of Motor Vehicles in 1980 after 38 years of service. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Friday, December 16th at New Bethel Baptist Church at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Miss Bryan is survived by a sister, Betty Jean Bryan of the home. She was preceded in death by sisters, Lottie L. Bryan, Catherine B. Bryan, Millie Bryan Bagwell, Mary Elizabeth Bryan and brothers, Paul Lee Bryan, Jr., W. Wade Bryan, Robert A. Bryan, and James H. Bryan. She was also preceded in death by her Furry Friends, Whiskers, Pepper, and Heidi. A special thanks to Melissa Odham for her help and kindness during her illness.
