Annie Lois Jones Lee

Annie Lois Jones Lee went to her heavenly home on June 26, 2023, after a long struggle with dementia.

Lois loved her family and friends. She spent her early life raising a family and managing their home. Her favorite job was raising her children and she also kept children in her home. She helped raise her grandchildren as well. She helped her husband when he opened his business. She was a busy woman who enjoyed bingo, creating things, family reunions, spending time with family & friends. In later years, she ran a wedding/catering business with her dear friend Brenda. Those that loved her are left with fond memories of her themed parties, especially Christmas. She loved decorating for Christmas and planning parties. She made friends everywhere she went and those friends became family.

Lois was born in Wake County to the late Jasper Bryant Jones and Avis Freeman. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Donald Lee; her children, Ann Lee Turner (Ray), Wade Lee (Brenda) and Jeff Lee (Kim); grandchildren, Andrew Lee (Caroline), Kevin Turner (Kristin), Kris Lee (Lori), Casey Turner Wiggins (Richie), Crystal Honeycutt, and Mason and River Sharek; great-grandchildren, Hunter Lee, Gabe Lee, Kayde Lee, Hannah Brezeale, Charlee Turner, Colby Turner, and Liam Honeycutt.

Lois will be missed by all. Her family is grateful for all prayers.
