Barbara Jean Dzingeleski

Barbara Dzingeleski, of Garner, North Carolina left this earth early in the morning on December 27, 2014. She was at home surrounded with love; her family was by her side. Barbara was born on October 9, 1936 in Freeport, Ohio. She spent her career as a Registered Nurse, caring for the sick. She had a genuine fondness for the elderly, as she provided geriatric care mostly. Barbara also had a great love and passion for gardening during her life. She tended to her gardens with great love and care, just as she tended to her family. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Joseph Dzingeleski, her four children - Becky Dzingeleski, Beth (Mike) Pavelka, Joe (Ellen) Dzingeleski and Jon Dzingeleski, her precious grandchildren Theresa (Brandon) Callahan, Jonny Dzingeleski, Anthony Dilisio, Brittany Dzingeleski, Michael Pavelka, Meghan Pavelka, Joey Dzingeleski and great grandsons, Levi and Luke Callahan. We were privileged to have shared a lifetime of love with her. Thank goodness for our precious memories that will always be with us. It was a gift, being at home with her husband while her journey on earth ended. We pray that God will hug her in heaven for us. We know for sure that she will always love and watch over us, until we see her again. We give special thanks to the wonderful staff at Rex Hospital, her caregiver Denise Goodwin and to Transitions Hospice Care for their needed help, caring for the most precious Wife, Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma during her final days. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 3rd at Bryan Lee Funeral Home on Benson Road in Garner, NC. The family will receive friends from 2-3:30 with a prayer service from 3:30 to 4:00. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favorite charity is encouraged.
