Barbara Josephine Holland

Barbara R. Holland, born July 31, 1932, peacefully passed away on her 91st birthday, July 31, 2023, surrounded by many of her beloved children and grandchildren.

Barbara was a long-term resident of Garner, NC and worked for many years as an Executive Admin. for both Amoco Oil and NCSU. She and her late husband, Raymond B. Holland, Jr. were members of First Presbyterian Church on Lakeside Drive in Garner, NC.

She was preceded in death by several family members: Her parents, Arthur and Jessie Richards, a brother, Alan Richards and her husband, Raymond B. Holland, Jr.

Surviving family members include: her sister, Patricia Ileene Vincent and sister-in-law, Jeannette Talley; her children: Ray Holland and wife, Kay, Kenneth Holland, Jeff Holland, Paul Holland and wife, Velma, Susan Holland Norris and her husband, Anthony; her six grandchildren: Joshua Holland, Anna-Marie Holland, Jeffrey Holland, Ashley Ansbro, Rion Holland and Collin Norris; her seven great grandchildren: Kaegan Holland, Peyton Holland, Riley Holland, Virginia Holland, Saylor Holland, Marlowe Ansbro and Grayson Borst.
