Dec. 19, 1943 - Dec. 27, 2011 Raleigh - Barbara Wilkins Hall, 68, of 2101 Noble Road, died Tuesday. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Surviving husband of 36 years, Robert Bobby Hall, step daughter, Janet Streb and her husband, Bart of Fuquay Varina; step granddaughters, Andrea and Alex Streb.
