Raleigh- Barry K. Davis, 71, passed away on Monday at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in
Wake County, he was the son of the late James Graden Davis and Eulene Wall Davis.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 6th at Ebenezer Methodist Church, 6020 Rock Quarry Rd. Raleigh, NC 27610. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45 pm prior to the service at the church.
Barry is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Becky Strickland Davis; daughter, Tonya Burke (Richie) of Mebane; son, Mike Williamson (Lissa) of Raleigh; grandchildren, Kara Davis of Colorado, Parker and Eve Williamson both of Raleigh; sister, Maria Bissette (Lin) of Raleigh; brother, Darrell Davis (Karie) of Wake Forest; and his niece, Taylor Davis Bissette (Paul Adkins) of Raleigh.
In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by his son, Keith Davis; and his nephew, Trey Bissette.
