Betty Ann King

September 2, 1929 — July 12, 2021

Garner– Betty Wilkins King, 91, passed away on Monday surrounded by her loving family. Born in Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Jessie G. Wilkins, Sr. and Madie Belvin Wilkins. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 15th at 2:00 PM at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Raleigh. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00-1:45 PM at the church. In addition to her parent’s, she was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest F. King; her brothers, Jessie G. Wilkins, Jr., Lewis F. Wilkins, and Worth B. Wilkins. Betty is survived by her sisters, Carol W. Ross of Knightdale and Lillie W. Albritton (Larry) of Garner; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
