Beverly Hines Moser

GARNER – Beverly Hines Moser, 77, died Wednesday. Born in Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Bonnie LaFoy Hines. One of Beverly’s proudest moments was being inducted into the 2015 Garner High School Athletics Hall of Fame. She was honored for being one of the members of the 1950’s Garner High School Girl’s basketball teams.   She was also a member of the Elizabeth Rand Circle at Garner United Methodist Church. Beverly and her beloved husband David met in the sixth grade. They were married 59 years and enjoyed trips to the beach, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday at Garner United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband, David L. Moser; daughter, Cynthia Moser Moss of Raleigh and fiancé, Mike Sisko; grandson, Adam Livesay and wife, Joleen of Willow Spring; brothers, Ricky Hines (Gayle) and Ronald Hines (Barbara); sister-in-law, Dale Hines, all of Garner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Moser Livesay and her brother, Fred Hines. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00-6:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
