Billie Rose Batts

Garner – Billie Rose King Batts, 76, passed away early Thursday morning at Transitions LifeCare. She was the daughter of the late Epp and Alice Price King. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, June 21st, at the Temple of Pentecost. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Survivors include her husband, James Batts; sons, Tommy Batts (Kim) of Battleboro and Mark Batts (Tabatha) of Garner, as well as 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Blake and her brother Ronnie King.
