Billy Carroll

WILLOW SPRING - Billy Carroll, 84, passed away Monday. A native of Johnston County he was the son of the late Herman and Annie Kirks Carroll. Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial will follow at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery on Bud Lipscomb Road, Willow Spring. He is survived by his wife Doris A. Carroll, daughter, Diane Hawley Matthews and husband, Johnny of Willow Spring, sons, Donnie Hawley and his wife, Sharon of Fuquay-Varina; Kenneth Hawley and his wife, Darlene of Willow Spring; sister, Maxine Womack, brother, Harold Carroll, nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
