Billy Wayne Alford

Billy W. Alford, 75 passed away surrounded by his loving family. Billy worked in the glass industry for 40 years for Raleigh Glass and Mirror. He also served his country in the U. S. Army. There will be a Funeral Service at 1:30 PM Thursday Jan. 16, 2014 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. The family will receive friends and relatives from 12:00 - 1:30 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.He was preceded in death by a brother; Jimmy Dale Alford. Billy is survived by his wife of 40 years; Mary Watkins Alford; daughters, Sylvia Kay Allen and Denise Goodwin; sons, Lee Thomason and wife Beth, and Bobby Langley; sister, Brenda Hernandez; brother, Keith Alford and wife Mary; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
