Bobby Howell Williams

RALEIGH – Bobby H. Williams, 78, passed away on Saturday. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM. After graduating from Kings Business College, Bobby spent his career between A & P Grocery Stores Inc. and the U.S.P.S., where he received many accolades and awards. Many of Bobby’s enjoyments were taking fishing trips with his brother, spending time in his yard tending to his fruit trees and going to see his granddaughter play softball. He was true St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan through and through. He would even keep all sorts of personal and professional stats on all the players. He is survived by his loving wife, Genevieve Williams; sons, Bobby Williams (Joni), Ted Williams (Meredith) and Robbie Williams; grandchildren, Taylor Williams, Tyler Williams, Macy Williams, Ashlyn Williams and a sister, Faye Jones. In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his loving daughter, Kimberly Williams; grandson, Blake Williams and brothers, Charles, Danny and Tootsie.
