Bonnie Faye Shirah

Bonnie Duncan Shirah, 80, of Willow Spring, passed away Sunday April 4, 2021. A native of Horry Co, S.C., Bonnie was the daughter of the late Grover and Docia Duncan. Bonnie retired from the Wake Co. School System where she worked in the cafeteria. Funeral service will be Thursday at 12:00 Noon at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband James L. Shirah, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Shirah Guimond and husband Larry; son, Bryan G. Shirah and wife Gina; sister, Myrtle Lee Black, five grandchildren, Julie Shirah, Holley Rogers and husband Corey, Daniel Shirah, Matthew Goodwin and Dustin J. Goodwin and 1 great-grandchild, Brendon Rogers. The family will receive friends and relatives Wed. from 6-8 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.. Please wear a mask.
