Brad Nelson Grady

Holly Springs - Brad Nelson Grady, age 38, of Holly Springs, North Carolina, passed away on April 16, 2016. Born September 27, 1977 in Garner, North Carolina, he was the son of Albert Grady, Jr. and the late Katie Davis Grady. Brad graduated from NC State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation.  He was a talented musician, an avid NC State and Carolina Panthers fan, a grill master, and a loving husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; children, Eva and Sullivan; his sister, Kathy Grady Baker, and her spouse, Tracy, and their daughter Melissa; his brother, Albert Grady, III; and loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and a host of family and long-time friends. He was adored by many for his quick wit, bear hugs, and kind heart.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial service will be held at Garner United Methodist Church on April 30, 2016 at 2:30 p.m.  Visitation will be held following the memorial service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Garner High School Marching Band,  2101 Spring Drive, Garner, NC 27529 or YMCA of the Triangle, 801 Corporate Center Dr #200, Raleigh, NC 27607.
