C. Homer Creech

Garner - C. Homer Creech, originally from Garner, NC, died Thursday Aug. 2. He is survived by two daughters Mary (Mike) and Jane (Norm), one grandson Billy (Delia), and two great grandchildren. He is survived by one brother Derward (Rose). He has/had many other loving relatives, including especially Les (Josie) and Carolyn. Homer was an original member of the Garner Volunteer Fire Department, and volunteered there for over 20 years. He worked for the Town of Garner and later for Ravenscroft School, where he retired. The funeral will be officiated by Debbie and Tim Berry, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner on Wednesday Aug. 8 at 11 AM, with procession immediately following to the graveside at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday Aug. 7 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the funeral home in Garner.
