Willow Springs - Carol Lynn Sutherland, 45, died Wednesday. Carols spirit touched the lives of everyone she met. Her greatest joys in life were her children, riding her Harley and selflessly serving others. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Monday at The Freedom Biker Church, 275 A Bowling Spring Drive, Angier, NC, 27501. The family will receive friends following the service. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Catherine Sutherland; a son, Samuel David Sutherland ; mother, Mary Ann Serie of Matawan, NJ; father, Patrick Serie and wife, Catherine of Scottsdale, AZ; sisters, Susan Reber and husband, Kyle of Thaxton, VA and Hillary Thye and husband, Jake of Keller, TX; brothers, Robert Serie and wife, Monica of Phoenix, AZ and Evan Serie of Tempe, AZ; nieces Emily Serie, Casey Reber, Brenden Reber and Tayten Thye. Also numerous extended family and her family at Freedom Biker Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an education fund being setup for her children.
