Carolyn Creech

Carolyn Tedder Creech - Raleigh NC, passed away March 6, 2025, at Laurel of Forest Glen-Garner NC at the age of 85.

A native of Columbus County NC, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence M. Tedder and Beulah E. Tedder. Carolyn will be missed by her children: Son- Ricky Creech (Ann) and Grandchildren - MacKenzie Creech & Zachary Creech of Hillsborough NC. Daughters - Lynn Creech of Cary NC and Jill Creech of Raleigh NC. Brothers - Marson Tedder (Anita) of Anderson SC, Elfrey Tedder of Whiteville, NC. Sisters - Linda Tedder Williamson of Sunset Beach NC and Emily Tedder Sykes of Whiteville NC and several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

Carolyn was fondly known for her love of music, playing without song sheets on Piano, Harmonica, Accordion, Flute, and Autoharp. An avid fill-in word puzzle master, Sudoku challenger, Duke Fan, TV Games participant, UNO player, Collector of many items, Jazzercise member, and above all loved God and reading the bible. She loved to work in her yard and was a proud winner of "Yard of the Month" on several occasions. She was a great listener, storyteller and had a great sense of humor. With a fascination of fast sporty cars - she loved her Dodge Super Bee and Chevrolet Corvettes. Her family was her world and career. She was very proud of her grandchildren MacKenzie and Zachary, always bragging about their sports accomplishments and excellent career choices.

Carolyn was loved and will be dearly missed.

A celebration of life - Memorial Service will be held on Friday March 14th at 11:00 AM at Bryan Lee Funeral Home, Garner, NC.
