Charles “Chuck” W. Hewitt, Jr.

GARNER – Charles William Hewitt, Jr., 50, died Wednesday at his home. A native of New York, he is the son of Patricia Moser Hewitt and the late Charles William Hewitt, Sr. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Carol Hewitt; mother, Patricia Hewitt and significant other, Raymond Smith of Saratoga, NY; daughter, Jordan Nicole Hewitt of Durham; son, Charles Hewitt III of Raleigh; sister, Traci Wilson and significant other, Jim Huneau of Schenectady, NY; brother, Michael Hewitt and wife, Jennifer of Garner; sisters-in-law, Terri Peoples of FL, Jill Clear and husband, James of NY, Janet Cicotte and husband, Warren of NY; brothers-in-law, Richard Weir and wife, Kathy of PA, Michael Weir and wife, Louann of FL, Rory Wilson and John Peoples of NY; grand-doggy, Archibald Hewitt; grand-kitty, Arnold Hewitt and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a mother and father-in-law, Gert and Bud Weir. There are no formal services scheduled at this time, the family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
