May 1, 1926 -August 10, 2012 GARNER - Charlie Grimes CG Myatt, 86, died Friday. He was born in HarnettCounty, the son of the late Charlie and Florene Olive Myatt. For 33 years, he worked at Wimpy Williams Store and also trained hunting dogs. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday at Mt.ZionUnitedMethodistChurch. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Katie Young Myatt; son, Charles Lee Myatt of Garner; sister, Peggy Rhyne of Raleigh; brother, Tom Myatt and Frank Myatt, both of Fuquay Varina; grandchild. Shannon Bergeron and great-grandchildren, Sonny and Caden Bergeron.He was preceded in death by brothers, Bill and Jim Myatt and sister, Pansy Honeycutt. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home.
