Christine G. Adams

ANGIER – Christine Gregory Adams, 92, passed away on Tuesday surrounded by her loving family at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Vicey Hobbs Gregory. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th at 3:00 PM at Angier Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Angier Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:45 PM prior to the service at the church. Christine is survived by her children, Tommy Dean of Sanford and wife, Joan, Rebecca A. Hall and husband, J.K. of Hookerton, Judy A. Wheeler of Angier, Halford G. Adams, Jr. of Angier; grandchildren, Susan Wells, Brook Hall, Amanda Duntz, Reddin Wheeler, Lori Adams, Bradley Mangum, Christopher Mangum, Arron Mangum, Emily Mangum; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Halford Gattis Adams; sisters, Isley Caddell, Elda Miller, Jack Fish; brothers, Hubert Gregory, Bruce Gregory, Willis Gregory, O.C. Gregory; son-in-law, Ronnie Wheeler.
