Angier - Christine N. Norris, 86, passed away on Sunday surrounded by her loving family. A native of Harnett County she was the daughter of the late James and Esther Norris.Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel, Angier. Burial will follow at Red Hill Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, Coats. Surviving are her children, Douglas Norris (Barbara) of Garner, Dexter Norris (Coleen) of Raleigh, Derwood Norris (Nancy) of Clayton, Darlene Jones (Dennis) of Angier; sisters, Ruby, Ruth, Betty, Katherine, Janice and Mary; brothers, Aaron, Wilbert Glen(Shorty), and Robert Norris; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. W. Roy Norris, an infant daughter Diane; sister, Lovenia Hamilton, brothers, Avant and John Norris.The family would like to thank the staff of Laurels of Forest Glenn for their loving care of our mother.The family will receive friends and relatives Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.Condolences may be made to www.bryan-leefuneralhome.com
