Dallie W. “Buddy” Jordan

Dallie William “Buddy” Jordan, 79 of Raleigh died Nov. 1, 2015. He was born in Raleigh and was the son of the late Dallie Horton Jordan and Helen Mae Hood Jordan. Buddy retired from NC State Govt. as an electrician and was a former member of Mt. Vernon Church of God. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Barbara Collins Jordan; his sister, Margaret Merritt of Raleigh and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Frances, Elizabeth and Dorothy; and his brothers, Charlie, David and Joe. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh. Rev. Dr. Douglas Allen and Rev. Billy Johnson will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.
