Danny Edward Davis

Danny Edward Davis, 76, of Garner, passed away Saturday at Rex Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born in Wake County, NC the son of William Edward Davis and Edith Christine Davis who preceded him in death. He served in the US Marine Corp. Danny is survived by his wife of 47 years, Brenda K. Davis; his son, Danny E. Davis II and wife, Tammy Davis of Hillsborough, NC; daughter, Christina D. Snipes  and husband Travis Snipes of Apex, NC and five grandchildren; Noah, Caleb and Abigail Davis, and Gavin and Parker Snipes. Memorial service will be at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel Tuesday at 4 PM and the family will receive friends prior to the service from 3-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the SPCA or the Humane Society.
