Daphine "Feen" Rhiner

Garner- Daphine “Feen” Rhiner, 85, passed away on Saturday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Born in Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Felder Rhiner and Gladys Pearl Altman Rhiner. She retired from the Employment Security Commission of 30 years. She loved music, art and working in her yard. Her life was devoted to being the best "nanny" she could be. She was a wonderful Mother and a devoted friend. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 24th at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. Daphine is survived by her daughter, Sandra Parsons Ranney and husband, Brandon of Youngsville; her only grandson whom she adored, Mark E. Modjeski of Youngsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Parsons; sister, Melrose Brooks; brothers, Charles Rhiner and Harold Rhiner.
