David Johnson

David LeRoy Johnson, 64, of Garner, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2025.

David was a loving Christian husband, father, and grandfather. Devoted to his wife, Marie; daughter, Fairy; and grandkids, Hunter & Star. He loved his church family and his involvements in each ministry.

He will always be remembered for the times he prayed alongside his wife, joking and cutting up with family and friends. For his old antique cars and trucks. Or sitting back watching a race car event. He enjoyed going fishing and hunting with his grandson, poking and playing with his granddaughter, and giving hugs with words of encouragement to his daughter.

We love you Papa.. see you on the other side.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
