Dennis John Scanlan

Dennis John Scanlan, 74, passed away at his home on Wednesday May 17, 2017. He was born November 10, 1942 in South Bronx, NY and graduated from Mount Saint Michael Academy in 1960.  A veteran of the United States Coast Guard, he retired from AT&T in 1998 after 30+ years of service. Dennis was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved gardening and enjoyed to cook. He is survived by Maria, his wife of 49 years & their 3 dogs, Jake, Daisy, and Lexi; his 3 children, Robert Scanlan, Elisa Boyd & her husband Jeff, and Dennis Scanlan & his wife Kara; his 4 grandchildren Colin & Patrick Boyd and Mason & Brooke Scanlan; and siblings Carol Wakefield, Martin Scanlan, Peggy Langan, and Claire Fleisher. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Anne Scanlan. You will be forever missed and always in our hearts. We love you.
