Dennis Rose

Angier - Dennis Wayne Rose, 66, passed away on Thursday, March 20th surrounded by his loving family. Born in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Newton Rose and Alice Garner Rose.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 25th at Kennebec Baptist Church, 9808 Kennebec Baptist Church Rd. Angier, NC 27501. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am -10:45 am prior to the service at the church. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 pm at Bethany Baptist Church cemetery located at 8980 Old Beulah Rd. Kenly, NC 27542.

Dennis is survived by his sisters, Janie Worley, Jean Landreth, Gladys Rose, many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his sister, Faye Nelson; brothers, Newton "NJ" Rose Jr., Jimmy Rose, and Danny Rose.
