Donald Arlon Brande, Jr.

Donald Arlon Brande, Jr., known to everyone as Buddy, left his earthly body on May 30, 2024 and entered the arms of his savior. Buddy leaves behind his wife of nearly 18 years, Susan Cribbs Brande of Clayton, NC and sister, Donna Louise Brande of Kansas. He also leaves behind his pets: Little Buddy, Chester, Sugar, Dakota, Oliver and Charlie. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald Arlon Brande, Sr. and Louise Lamons Brande.

Buddy was an avid fisherman and muscle car aficionado, having owed multiple mustangs over the years. He was also known as the resident handyman, helping out neighbors with projects large and small.

A memorial service will be held Monday, June 3, at South Hills Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC at 11:00. Visitation for friends and family will begin at 10:00. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideon’s International, Wake South, PO Box 26 Fuquay Varina NC 27526
