Donna “Mimi” Johnson

ANGIER- Donna “MiMi” Satterfield Johnson, 83, passed away on Tuesday. A native of Harnett County she was the daughter of the late Randolph Edwin Satterfield and Margaret Parker Satterfield. Donna was a long time member of Hilltop Church. Funeral services will be held 2:30 pm Sunday January 24th in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. The burial will follow in the Hockaday Family Cemetery located on Old Buies Creek Road, Angier. The family will receive friends from 6:00–8:00 pm Thursday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. She is survived by her daughters, Gale Hope Wimberly, Angie Selvia and husband, Greg; step-daughter, Sherry Lynn Raynor, all of Lillington; sons, Ronald Wayne Wimberly, and Gary Kenneth Wimberly, both of Angier; brother-in-law, John Yarborough of Sanford; sister-in-law, Becky Satterfield of Sanford; grandchildren Leslie Turner, Jason Turner (Janna), Nicole Hodges (Curtis), Brittany Sullivan (Andrew), Sandra Smith (Tyrone), Amanda Wimberly (Corey), Daniel Wimberly and Crystal Wimberly (Alan); Great-grandchildren, Alicia Simons, A. J. Simons, Megan Johnson, Bryanna Fowler, Hannah Fowler, Piper Turner, Presley Turner, Stephanie Meadows, Dawnneta Seaman, Javona Spearman, Mya Spearman, Charles Spearman III, Nakayla Spearman, Jayla Spearman, Jeremiah Mack, Antionette McCleary, Tyree Smith, Farrah Smith, Devon McLeod and Tryent McLeod; great-great grandchildren, Ambrielle Seaman, Jovonny Ramirez, Jr. and Hunter Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ray Johnson; granddaughter, Tiffany Pemberton; great grandson, James Michael McLeod; sister, Joanne Yarborough; brother, Jimmy Satterfield.
