Doris Hockaday Jones

ANGIER – Doris Hockaday Jones, 93, passed away Monday. A life-long resident of Harnett County, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul M. Jones, and her mother, Minnie Hockaday Honeycutt. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 7th at Hockaday Family Cemetery, 2370 Old Buies Creek Rd. Angier, NC 27501. Doris is survived by her sons, Jerry M. Jones and wife, Sharlene of Angier, Donald N. Jones and wife Yvonne of Manvel, TX; grandchildren, Josh Jones and wife, Amanda of Angier, Christy Matthews and husband, Keith of Lillington, Thomas Jones of Raleigh, Ethan Jones and fiancé, Casey King of Angier, Lea Montgomery and husband, Joe of Pearland, TX, and Dana Jones of Pearland, TX; great-grandchildren, Jordan Jones of Fuquay-Varina, Jackson Jones of Angier, Dylan Matthews and Haley Matthews, both of Lillington, Saylor Montgomery of Pearland, TX, Liam Jones of Pearland, TX, Maverick Jones of Angier.
