Dorothy Stone

Dorothy J. Stone, of Garner passed away on Monday in Pennsylvania. She was born in Johnston County to the late Dewey Hobson Brooks and Thelma Lucille Harris. A funeral  service will be held on Monday at 2:00pm at Hayes Chapel Church. Burial will follow in Hayes Chapel Church Cemetery. Pastor Bryan Crumpler will officiate. She spent most of her life, along beside her late husband, serving others as a missionary. She is survived by two sons; Jon Stone and Tim Stone. The family will received friends at the church from 1-2pm.
