Douglas Mitchell

Raleigh - Douglas Mitchell, son of late parents, Mildred Lewis Mitchell and James B Mitchell, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 17th at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. A Charlotte native, father, and retired machinist that enjoyed caring for his pet birds, gardening and the outdoors. Preceded by late son David, survived by loving son Stephen, brother, JB Mitchell and his wife Shelby Foster. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 19, at 1 pm at Historic Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Raleigh.
