Edward Lynn "Pa-Pa" Weaver

Angier- Edward Lynn “Pa-Pa” Weaver, 71, passed away on Thursday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Edward was born in Wake County, but spent most of his life in Harnett County. He was the son of the late John Weaver and Mary Davis Weaver.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 14 at Kennebec Baptist Church Cemetery, Angier.

Edward is survived by his daughter, Lisa Massey (Shon); son, Lewis Lynn Weaver (Heather); grandchildren, Da’Shon Weaver, Eric Weaver, Adam Weaver, Mika Weaver, Baylee Weaver, and Wyatt “Tutors” Mangum; great-grandchildren, Raylyn Weaver, Ray’Shon Weaver, Easton Weaver, and Autumn Weaver; a sister, Mary Ellen Tidwell (Richard) of Alabama.

In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betsy Dale Weaver; sister, Patricia Barbour; brother, John Weaver.
