Ellen Harriet Rossetti

Ellen Harriet Rossetti, 84, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021. Born April 1, 1936, in Orange, NJ, to the late Robert and Olive Palardy Dorr. Ellen was an avid reader and loved her time in her books. She loved her Midway Baptist Church family, especially her Sunday School “Sunshine” Ladies. Ellen was a nurse and loved attending general surgeries. She loved dessert, and always tried to make that the beginning of every meal. More than anything else, Ellen loved her family. Due to Covid 19 the family will be having a private service with a memorial gathering to be held at a later date. She is survived by her daughters, Christina Marie Francis and husband, Scott and Vicki Bertram and husband, Jeffrey; grandchildren, Stephanie Bailey and husband, Patrick, Sheana Smith and husband, Cory, Grace Francis, Rachel Billington and husband, Josh, and Carmen Francis; great grandchildren, Tyler and Treaven Bailey and CJ and Abigail Smith; sister, Nancy Underwood; and sister-in-law, Betty Dorr. In addition to her parents, Ellen is preceded in death by her husband, Carmine Rossetti; son, Alan Rossetti; and a brother, John Dorr.
