Elsie M. Fuller March 21, 1924 – October 21, 2021 GARNER, NC – Elsie McDaniel Fuller, peacefully went home at the age of 97. She was born in Prospect, SC where she grew to love her Lord at Little Star Baptist Church. As a young adult during WWII, she worked at the Summerville, SC Rationing Board. She moved to Charleston, SC where she married her beloved Max Fuller. In 1959, they moved to Garner, NC. Elsie raised her family and lived a faithful life as a Charter Member of Aversboro Road Baptist Church for 50 years. She lived her final five years in Chapin, SC. She is survived by her children Nancy Lowther (Craig) and daughters Jenny Lowther, Shana Jeffries (Robert), and Kristy Lowther (Grey Reavis) and their children Harper and Hudson; Gail Taylor (Richard) and sons Todd Taylor (Ashley) and Bryan Taylor; Chuck Fuller (Kelly) and step-sons John and Will; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents Perry Durrant and Annie Rogers McDaniel: sisters Vera Wrobel (Eddie); Wilma Prosser (Larris); Everette Eaddy (Moody); and Ruby Lee Chandler (S.B.) Elsie’s faith in God was reflected in all she did and her family will greatly miss her beautiful smile and laughter. She will be remembered for her loving kindness and sweet spirit. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday October 26 at Pinecrest Memorial Park, followed by a time of visitation with friends.
