Elva Dean Sauls

Elva Dean Sauls, 90, died Tuesday surrounded by her family. She was born in Johnston County to the late James Alton Weeks and Eva Weeks. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday at McCullers Community Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Herman Christian Church Cemetery. Survivors include her three sons, Horace Dean and special friend, Patsy, Donald Dean and wife, Kay and Dwayne Dean and wife, Christine; son-in-law, Rayvon Langdon; grandchildren, Blair and Lindsey Dean, Ryan Langdon, Amanda Beck, Mark Dean, Lori Hopkins, Leigh Grice, Kent Dean and Rhonda Godwin; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Mavene Rambeaut. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Ervin Wesley Dean and Victor Sauls; son, Harold Dean; daughter, Brenda Dean Langdon and sister, Estelle Senter. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
