Estina "Betty" Biro

ANGIER– Estina “Betty” Biro, 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trumbull, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Lucy Janod Simons Shipman. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 17th from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Angier Masonic Temple, 90 S. Raleigh St. Angier, NC 27501. Betty is survived by her children, Susan Morrell of Niles, OH, Elaine Mills of Andover, OH, Barbara Hopkins and husband, Joe of Holly Springs, Martha Perez and husband, Wilfrido of Angier, John Samuel Biro, Jr. of Clayton, Jolie Stauffer and husband, Bill of Galloway, OH; sister, Wanda Sawyer of Ohio; brothers, Floyd Shipman and wife, Yvette of Ohio, Robert List and wife, Dorothy of Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 19 ½ great grandchildren and 2 ½ great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, John Samuel Biro; a great grandchild; sisters, Helen Clark and Edna Mocella; a brother, Eugene Shipman.
