Eva Ruby Frazier

Eva Carter Frazier, 95, passed away Wednesday. A native of England, she was the daughter of the late Bertram and Ellen Frost Carter. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh. Eva is survived by her daughters, Brenda Oxenham, Doris Frazier, Lisa Frazier, Terry Duncan and husband, Stan; sons, Gene Frazier, Ken Frazier and wife, Catherine, Matthew Frazier; grandchildren, Lauren Frazier, Tucker Frazier, Macklin Frazier, Barbra Oxenham, Brian Oxenham (Melissa), Amber Frazier, Colin Frazier, Trevor West (Ludmila), Adam Duncan (Shauna), Ian Duncan; great-grandchildren, Brian Garbell, Grace Garbell, Jake Oxenham, Kate Oxenham, and Colt West.
