Eva Trillis Harris

RALEIGH – Eva Trillis Harris, 71, passed away Tuesday. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Highland Baptist Church, Raleigh. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday, August 17, 2018 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner; and other times at the home. Trillis was preceded in death by her parents, Allen N. and Betty S. Harris. She is survived by her brother, Phillip Harris and wife, Joan of Raleigh; niece, Susan Bavisotto and husband, Gregg of Cary; great-nephews, Easton and Connor Bavisotto; friend and caregiver, Margaret Johnson; and her feline companion, Snowball. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Trillis’ memory to the Joy Class at Highland Baptist Church, 8524 Crowder Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603; or to Wake County ASPCA, 200 Petfinder Ln, Raleigh, NC 27603.
