Fred Stoll, 70, died Sunday at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in North Dakota, he was the son of the late Charles Albert Stoll and Sylvia Wierich Stoll. His life was dedicated to serving the Lord as a missionary. A tent revival service to celebrate the life of Mr. Stoll will be held 11:00 am Saturday at 7801 Lake Wheeler Road, Raleigh, NC 27603. Burial will be at a later date in Salisbury National Cemetery. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Florence D. Stoll; daughters, Ann Hicks and husband, Stephen of Kent, WA, Deborah Drake and Toni Henry and husband Karl, all of Bowerston, OH; sons, Michael Mercer and wife, Joan of Chesapeake, VA, Fred Stoll and wife, Pam of Virginia Beach, VA and Chris Stoll of Virginia Beach, VA; ; sister, Netty Jane Evans of Bismark, ND; brother, Teddy Stoll of Bend, OR; 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The family request donations to help offset medical and funeral expenses be mailed to 3020 Rustic Country Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603.
