Frederick E. Hamilton

GARNER-Frederick Eugene Hamilton, 79, passed away Thursday.Born in Bracken County, KY, he was the son of the late Clara and Roy H. Hamilton. Fred is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Marjorie L. Hamilton, son Fred R. Hamilton and wife, Melissa of Pendleton, SC; stepdaughter Julie Brown and husband, James of Keysville, VA; four grandchildren, Tara and Tiffany Hamilton of Pendleton, SC, Stephanie Shreck and Wesley Joyce of Keysville, VA, and one brother, George Hamilton, of Tampa, FL.He was predeceased by two brothers, Wilbur and Richard Hamilton, and three sisters, Virginia Wearren, Mary Veasey, and Ethel Cuddington. Fred served his country in the Korean War as a Sergeant in the Infantry of the US Army. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
