Geraldine Mclamb Surles

RALEIGH – Geraldine McLamb Surles, 81, passed away Sunday. Born in Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late David and Flonnie McLamb. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John P. Surles; seven brothers and four sisters. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at Midway Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Survivors include her son, Bennie Surles and wife, Debbie of Willow Springs; brothers, Clayton McLamb and wife, Louie Belle of Dunn, Billy McLamb and wife, Faye of Benson; grandsons, Hunter and Tyler Surles of Raleigh.
